CWA is a legal entity that represents private clients on water-protection litigation at cost. CWA provides representation to conservation organizations, Indian Tribes and individuals who are striving to protect water resources and cultural and traditional pursuits through commenting an agency plans and actions, policy analysis, negotiations, administrative appeals and litigation.
 
   CWA represents clients on issues directly or indirectly affecting water quantity and quality.  This includes water rights negotiations and/or litigation, water rights permitting, Endangered Species protection, and other water-related issues.
 
   CWA's role is in litigation, appeals and settlement negotiations, including water rights negotiations and establishing water rights negotiating teams.
